Freeze Dance!

Lyrics

We’re going to sing a song about freezing and dancing
So when I say freeze, you’re gonna freeze
And when I say dance, you’re gonna dance that ice off!
Here we go!

We’re gonna freeze
We’re gonna dance
We’re gonna dance and freeze!

You’re frozen
Let’s start off with some shaky dance moves!

Shake your body!
Now shake it shake it
Shake your body!
Now shake it shake it
Shake your body!
Round and round
Shake your body!
Up and down!
And freeze!

You’re frozen in a ball
Let’s start jumping and bouncing to get back up!

Bounce your body!
Bounce bounce bounce
Bounce your body!
Bounce bounce bounce
Bounce your body!
Bounce up high
Bounce your body!
Touch the sky
And freeze!
Great job!

We’re gonna freeze
We’re gonna dance
We’re gonna dance and freeze!

We’re gonna freeze
We’re gonna dance
We’re gonna dance and freeze!

OK, let’s try some stomping rhythms with your feet
Listen closely!

Stomp stomp!
Stomp your left foot
Stomp stomp!
Stomp your right foot
Stomp stomp stomp!
Stomp your left foot
Stomp stomp stomp!
Stomp your right foot
Stomp both your feet!
Stomp stomp stomp stomp
And freeze!

Great job following along!
Let’s try the same rhythms with some arm punches up high

Punch punch!
Punch with your left arm
Punch punch!
Punch with your right arm
Punch punch punch!
Punch with your left arm
Punch punch punch!
Punch with your right arm

Punch both your arms!
Punch punch punch punch!
And freeze!

You are super extra frozen!
Even your face is frozen!
Let’s run fast to try and heat ourselves up, OK?
Here we go!

Run fast OK
Let’s run faster OK
We’re running faster and faster!
Oh, the music is slowing down
Let’s slow down too
We’re getting colder
You’re going slower
It’s speeding up again!
Faster!
You gotta heat up!
Faster! Faster!
You’re going so fast! Ahhhhh!

You did it!
You became unfrozen!
It’s time to dance!

We’re gonna freeze
We’re gonna dance
We’re gonna dance and freeze!

We’re gonna freeze
We’re gonna dance
We’re gonna dance and freeze!
